Patient Announcement Regarding Online Booking

Please find below information regarding online booking for patients.

Following recent announcements from both the UK Government and NI Executive we wanted to advise all patients that we will continue to operate an online/telephone consultation service until further notice.

You can book an online or telephone consultation with one of our GPs or Consultants via our website or by telephoning our team.

If, following on from your consultation, we need to see you in person, arrangements will be made for you to attend our Outpatients Department. Please be assured that we have strict health and safety protocols in place to ensure both patient and staff safety.

MRI and CT appointments are running as normal.

Thank you all for your co-operation during this difficult time and we hope to resume normal appointment services soon.

Given the latest government advice we are only booking urgent and essential outpatient appointments.​

Our online booking facility therefore is currently offering limited services.

Due to high call volumes we are asking all patients to contact us via email at info@kingsbridgehealthcaregroup.com (this is monitored Mon - Fri 9-5pm and a team member will contact you as soon as possible).

Private GP telephone consultations, MRI and CT appointments are not affected and can be booked by calling 028 9066 7878.
